Kazin DMC supports tour operators, OTAs and retail travel agents with leisure programming, covering FIT, group and small group products. The role is to convert a partner’s client brief into a costed, contracted, deliverable itinerary, with room blocks, transport, guides, entrance permissions, and per-pax pricing locked in before the partner confirms to the end customer.
Itineraries can be built around any anchor, a Silk Road circuit through Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva, a Caucasus loop combining Baku, Tbilisi and Yerevan, or a short break out of Almaty or Astana. Margins are structured to protect the partner’s commercial position, and adjustments to dates, inclusions or pax counts are absorbed on the operational side without renegotiating the underlying programme.
